New League of Legends champion, Bel’veth, revealed in a trailer
After many teasing and even more leaks, Riot Games has officially presented our first glance to league of legends’ new champion, Bel’veth. This monstrous void champion made his debut in a film trailer that showed Bel’veth fighting with Kai’sa after the teasers who indicated that we would have a revelation of this champion on Friday. However, this kinematic trailer does not reveal how Bel’veth's skills are, so we will have to wait for them to know later, unless planning to value the leaks before that revelation.
You can see the kinematics below that presents Bel’veth and Kai’sa while the two fight somewhere apparently in a vacuum. However, it is not a great fight, since Bel’veth dominates Kai’sa quite easily without having any indication of injuries.
Kai’sa at a time asks what exactly Bel’veth is, which indicates how abnormal this champion seems to be considering how much horrors of the void Kai’sa has seen. Bel’veth responds with equally sinister implications.
"I am everything that the void has consumed," said Bel’veth. "And just as I devoured this city... I will devour your world."
Bel’veth monologue continues after Kai’sa tries to end the monster with more suggestions about Bel’veth ambitions.
"You disappoint me," Bel’veth continued. «I am not an engendro of meaningless vacuum. I am much more. I am the end of your world and the beginning of mine ».
Bel’veth resembles a human for a large part of the film, although in a kind of mysterious valley. It is not until just at the end of the trailer that we see the creature transform into something that you would probably expect to come from the void instead of someone like Kai’sa, Kassadin or Malzahar who simply incorporated elements of the vacuum. in his own being.
Although the wait will continue for the complete revelation of his skills, supposedly the filters have been sharing early advances from those movements that are already online, although only in the form of skills descriptions and not real gameplay. Like anything in development, these skills may have changed or may not be precise at all, so we will not know what Bel’veth can do until the champion is completely revealed and arrives at the PBE to try it.
