Gran Turismo 7 changes his smoother economy in the game
Boy, it was a hard week or so for Polyphony Digital, Sony and Gran Turismo 7. The fantastic gameplay of great racing simulation was really clouded after a twilight patch had taken almost all the functions of the game for more than 24 hours and his anyway already Misty economy in the game was still stagger. All this has led too much negative press and players User rating of GT7 on Metacritic.
After the long downtime after the patch, Polyphony explained that there will be problems with the in-game economy in the future "constructively solve". Today, Gran Turismo Creator Kazunori Yamuchi has described exactly how he wants to do this a blog post and there are some significant changes that the fans will certainly enjoy.
First of all, all players who currently have Gran Turismo as "Gesture of Good Will" a lump sum of 1,000,000 free credits. All you have to do is log in before 25 April in the game to get you.
Then Yamauchi looks at a large old patch that comes "early April". This patch will make some changes to the economy in the game and also add new opportunities to earn credits and some new content. The following changes:
- Increase the premiums at events in the second half of the World Circuits on average by about 100%.
- Add to high rewards for completing the circuit experience in all gold / bronze results.
- Increasing the rewards in online race.
- Add a total of eight new one-hour long-distance race events to the missions. These also have higher reward settings.
- Increase the upper limit for unpaid credit balances in player money exchanges of 20 million Cr. to 100 million Cr.
- Increase the range of used and legend cars at any time.
In addition to this update for early April, further changes are in preparation. Yamauchi does not indicate any concrete data or time windows, but says they will come in "near future".
These include rising payouts for temporally limited rewards, new World Circuit events, proper 24-hour long-range race, online-time events with scaling rewards and scrambles - please - the ability to sell your own cars. Yes, it really happens.
In addition to these improvements in the game economy, Yamauchi also says that in other smaller updates between "now and end of April" some new cars and route layouts are added to Gran Turismo 7.
It seems that the outcry of the fans of the Gran Turismo series has caused the desired change. These changes will hopefully do that players can actually afford to buy more than just a handful of vehicles from the car list of Gran Turismo 7, without having to access their real purses to buy additional credits.
