Amazon works in a Live series

Since last year we learned that Blade Runner would have its own live-action series eventually, and today we already know exactly what your official name will be. The project will be known as Blade Runner 2099 and yes, it will be a sequel to Blade Runner 2049 which in turn is also a sequel to blade runner original. This production will be in charge of Amazon Studios with Ridley Scott as an executive producer.

This information was confirmed by Deadline, those who claim that Blade Runner 2099 is already in total development. However, additional details of the project have not yet been revealed, such as its amount of episodes, date of premiere, confirmed actors, or other data that could be of our interest. Considering the current state of the project, we are likely to see it up to 2023.

Apparently, the project is a priority for Amazon Studios and they are already working quickly to find the necessary staff, including producers, directors and of course, actors.

Editor's note: Amazon is definitely putting the batteries, and I hope that the series of the Lord of the Rings complies with the HYPE. There will still be a good time to know something about the Blade Runner series, but Amazon should be very careful with the way they handle it.
