Currently, The Wild Update has a vague publishing window of 2022, which means that it could be published between now and 31 December at any time. The updates for Caves & Cliffs (Part 1 & 2) were published on June 8 and 30 November. It can be assumed that The Wild Update could be published between these data, with a publication appearing in July. But we can not be sure yet.
